2. Do you really come to me?
3. What education do you have?
4. How effective really is “at home” training?
Yes! my goal is to cover as many bases as possible with my client's needs. Dumbbells as low as 5lbs and up to 60lbs are provided, an array of kettlebells (5 different sizes), TRX suspension trainer, adjustable bench, bands for both upper and lower body, mats, cleansing wipes, bosu and regular balls, medicine balls, battle ropes and more! Anything you may already have lying around the home is just an added bonus.
3. What education do you have?
4. How effective really is “at home” training?
Absolutely. Driven Private Training is about delivering high-end training on YOUR time. This means getting rid of a gym membership, not commuting to the gym or worrying if it will be packed or busy, and not having to deal with the uncleanliness issues of big-box gyms. I am providing 1 on 1 focus in the comfort of your home (or pretty much anywhere) with zero distractions!
4. How effective really is “at home” training?
I hold my Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology as well as a Bachelor's degree in the field of Exercise Science. I am also a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and I am also certified as a sports performance specialist (XPS) and a health fitness specialist (XFS) in EXOS methodology.
Many of the exercises you perform at, or within a commercial gym can be performed with far less equipment at home. In addition, I find many of my clients simply do not need or even find themselves using a lot of the machines that gyms have to offer. In some cases, these may be absolutely necessary for someone's goals, but for MOST clientele, getting an effective and optimal workout that gets you closer to your goals can be executed with the equipment I bring to each session. The effectiveness of exercise in this scenario comes from our ability to really focus on YOU, and as a coach, I am able to guide you through each movement correctly so that it is most optimal for you and your body!

8. How do I set up my first session?
I’ve worked with clients as young as 15-16 years old up to 75+ years old. I’ve come across clients who have never strength trained in their entire life! Some with nagging inquire, some with disabilities, and others who fell off the health wagon and need some direct accountability. However, don’t get me confused with the trainer who says they take on everyone and anyone - that’s not the case. As a client, you have to want this for yourself first and foremost or else nothing I do will seem “effective” enough for you. Results take time, and they also take hard work. Here at Driven it's about wanting more for yourself, and so if that’s you, that's a client I want to work with!

7. Will I see results?
8. How do I set up my first session?
No more than a 10 x 10 space is needed to achieve your goals! I train clients in homes, studio apartments, garages, backyards, and driveways! There is some strange power that comes from being able to bust out a workout just about anywhere!

8. How do I set up my first session?
I always tell my clients this will depend on a variety of factors, such as: How frequently we are seeing each other, your ability to adhere to both your workout regimen and diet recommendations, and your overall drive to get better! When it comes to health and fitness - effort = results! On both ends, for both coach and client.

Personal training you can find just about anywhere. Commercial gyms such as LA fitness, EOS, crunch fitness, VASA, etc offer “Personal” training which isn’t very personable at all for a rate that is unreasonable for the time you get, plus you have to pay for your monthly membership on top of that. These trainers also do not need any formal education to get hired as a trainer they simply need a certification that can be achieved within a single day! My concept of private training takes these flaws into the mind and offers the client direct, and individualized attention with zero distractions. I also bring formal education to the table and practical experience of my knowledge applied to both myself, and my many clients over the years. Private training increases the rate of personal results because I can more closely monitor progress, develop a relationship that goes beyond just fitness, and provide the exact changes and exercises for your needs/desires.
